

Autism Centred Trampolining

To provide people on the autistic spectrum the opportunity to trampoline regularly in an Autism friendly environment.
Trampolining provides physical exercise, improves co-ordination, balance and strength.
Our coaching encourages appropriate social interaction, good listening skills, turn taking and waiting skills,
learning while having fun.
Secondary objectives include:-
a) To encourage, develop and promote sport, recreation, leisure and social integration opportunities
for autistic children and young adults, their siblings, families and their carers.
b) To improve and develop autism awareness in the community, promoting social inclusion.
c) To provide families living with autism the opportunity for mutual support, promoting family inclusion.

d) For volunteers to learn new skills, understand a different way of seeing the world and have fun!
